NXT Generation was born out of a desire to support our community and ever since then, that’s exactly what we’ve been doing. Our community has grown to include state and national associations, local business owners, morticians, future morticians and the general public interested in the science of death from all walks of life around the world. All ages and levels of experience are welcome and encouraged.

Monica Torres is an internationally recognized public speaker and technical trainer and is the owner/founder of NXT Generation Mortuary Support. Monica is passionate about sharing her knowledge with others, loves public speaking and offering hourly consultations services to families and those interested in death care. Presentations ranging from motivational topics on conquering fear and anxiety, business strategies for women based businesses, technical embalming for professionals to general death education for the public and first responders are available. Monica has been invited to speak by numerous associations including the National Funeral Directors Association, FNA, NYSFDA, TFDA, AFCCA, IFDF, OGR, NCFDA, OEA, MCC, CGCC, KFDA, FSAC, Women in Forensics, ASU’s Women in Stem, NEDA and many others. Training for professionals on-site at funeral homes nationwide, online and in person is available.
